1. Cut grass, edge gardens, trim hedges/bushes, weed gardens.
2. Touch up any paint, fix or wash handrails, screen doors, and or front/back door
3. Have clean windows and mirrors
4. Make sure plumbing is good, no leaks.
5. Replace any burnt out lightbulbs with LED or Incandescent
6. Oil hinges, tighten up doorknobs
7. Dust furniture, clean bathrooms, kitchen counters & appliances
8. Store any unnecessary item away or to storage to create a spacious living space
9. Freshen up caulking or tile grout as required
10. Overcrowded closets may suggest inadequate storage
11. Put away any valuables or fragile items
12. Depersonalize your home eg. Family pictures
